Are you running a live a board business? Or you are working with one or more live a board operators? Than this is the part of DiveShopManager that will cover your needs. Enter your boats and cabins in 6 categories. Keep track of your bookings and payments with this easy to use software.
The left top corner encloses the live a board operator's general Information. You can add as many operators and dive boats as you like. Below you can enter the operators banking information for your convenience and at the bottom you may enter notes, such as the conditions you have agreed to.
At the right side, at the top you have a field to enter the information about the person(s) to talk to at this dive base and right below you can add additional information about the staff member above. You may notice that each entry, or agreement is signed at the right side of the note by the user who left the note.
At the lower right side you enter your dive boats or the boats of the live aboard operator you work with. Clicking on a boat's name will bring you to the layout below.
In the corner at the left top you find the cabins of the particular live a board boat and all categories and the number of cabins available in each category. You may also add a brief or detailed description of the dive boat and a picture below.
On the right side of the screen is where you enter the schedules of the live a board trips for this particular boat. We have configured up to 50 diving guests per boat. If your live a board boat is bigger than that, contact us for a special edition of the Dive Shop Software.
Below you see an example of how this part of the software looks from the customer side. Adding a period of time to the search feature will result in a list of available dive boats and dive operators at this time. You can see the dates, prices and categories here as well as the availability of space. Just click on the desired boat and add the customer(s) to the cabins they wish to book by clicking in the field of the cabins at the bottom row. The invoice will automatically be generated by DSM after confirming the entry with the ok button or ctrl+enter.
