An ID number will automatically be attached along with the customer information you enter. The customer will always be identified while staying in your resort. A returning customer will be identified by the system referring to the ID number. |
At the left side of the main window you may enter the customers personal information and right below the emergency information |
At the Top right side you have full control over all forms and paperwork that has to be filled in. Once the customer is checked in either by your personnel or via DSM Sat you can print each form and it's ready for signing by the Student and the certifying Instructor. |
In the middle of the page you may add the customers photo and below the scuba diving equipment information. This info will be used for the daily dive roster |

At the bottom of the left side in the main window you keep track over the customers invoices, you see the status of the invoice and can check all invoices for this particular customer from here |
Below we see a form of a scuba diving course that can be filled out within the software and simply printed out for signing by diving instuctor and student. |
